Warranty Policy:  

Ridgewood Electric's items are guaranteed to be in working condition and are warranted for 90 days. If the unit is found defective within 90 days of the invoice date, return it for a free replacement or repair. (If you need to make a warranty return claim please contact us at thomas@ridgewood-electric.com with the auction I.D. number). All Surplus products sold by Ridgewood Electric are warranted to our customer only and as follows: such products shall be free from material defect (under normal use, storage, handling, installation and other normal conditions) for a period of 90 days from the date of sale. Our obligation shall be limited to the repair or replacement, at our choice, of any such defective product (or part thereof as we determine) free of charge to our customer; if we decide that the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we shall credit your account in an amount equal to the sum you paid us for it. Any warranty claim must be received before the end of the 90 day warranty period, together with return of the claimed defective product within this same period, and must include the eBay Auction ID number. This warranty is given in lieu of any other warranties, either expressed or implied, including that we disclaim any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and/or non-infringement. In no event shall we be liable for any damages except actual damages up to, but not exceeding, the amount paid to us for the product, including we shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damages or lost profits whether or not advised of same. Ridgewood Electric is not responsible for any manufacturer warranties usually given with sale of such products. Buyer will be responsible for shipment of warranted products in need of repair or replacement.

Non-Warranty Return Policy:

If you are dissatisfied with a product from Ridgewood Electric you may return the product within 10 calendar days of the invoice date. A 25% restock administration fee will apply to all non-warranty returns. No non-warranty returns will be accepted 10 days after the invoice date. Surplus may not come with manual(s) or other accessories normally supplied when buying factory new. Refunds will be issued only upon receipt and testing. Product must be returned in purchased condition and accompanied by the eBay Auction number. Buyer is responsible for shipment of non-warranted products returned to Ridgewood Electric.
