Over one hundred years of combined service and maintenance experience in the tube and pipe industry allows Ridgewood to offer expert knowledge of both process and control. Our staff of over twenty service technicians and electricians enable us to address all areas of tube manufacturing.

Our close associations with Inductron and Thermatool afford us the highest level of training and support on induction welding and cutting equipment. Our staff has extensive training from most other tube and pipe equipment manufacturers. The training, along with our broad experience, allow us to provide quality service and maintenance for Thermatool systems as well as a multitude of others.

The goal of Ridgewood is not to provide our customers with emergency service but to prevent the need for it. The development of scheduled preventative maintenance procedures has enabled us to offer our customers substantial avoidance of the crises associated with breakdowns. Years of experience prove this proactive approach to be so effective that breakdown service can be all but eliminated.
